Ashfaq reads Economics at the University of Durham, class of 2021. He joined Panarchy Partners for 3 months after formulating an interest in sustainability from a module focused on Environmental Economics.

 

“I hold a particular interest in financial markets and a passion for all things sustainable, Panarchy Partners have allowed me to synchronise those interests. Using their framework, I was able to analyse companies across four forms of capital: Environmental, Social, Human and Financial.

Additionally, I was encouraged to investigate topics I was specifically curious about. Such as, FAANG and their sustainability efforts, along with creating my own regression model, to understand the relationship between growth and sustainability."
